And given the two syllable "bless", I'm guessing it's specifically the version so often sung by Kate Smith.
And while finding a Kate Smith video, stumbled across this.
For the first word, the person isn't important (I don't know who he is). It's what he's doing.
Did I get my Beavis and Butthead backwards? I thought Beavis was "uh" and Butthead was "heh."
Yes, I think you do have them backwards, the dark-haired one is Butt-head, he's also, the slower talking one, and the one more likely to sit on the couch, stare blankly, and utter, "uhhhhhhhh".
Beavis (the blonde) on the other hand was the higher strung sugar junkie who had much more of a nervous energy vibe when he wasn't crashed out after a sugar high.

yoga pose is a reverse downward facing dog, because dog reversed spells God.
It's very possible this isn't a real pose. But I searched images and that's what this one was called.
Nearly all yoga practiced by non-Indian non-Hindus is suspect, and probably just made up as they go along...
(also, nearly all male, non-Indian Yoga instructors are pervy jerks)
